Day 1, U.S.A. / EN ROUTE — ( C ) Dinner and breakfast are served on your trans-Atlantic flight to Portugal.

Day 2: SANTAREM - FATIMA — On arrival in Lisbon, drive to Santarem. At the Church of the Holy Miracle, you will see the venerated relic of the Bleeding Host. After time for devotions, continue to Fatima. After dinner, join pilgrims from all continents in tonight’s Candlelight Procession. - (D)

Day 3: FATIMA — Mass is celebrated at the Little Chapel of the Apparitions. Then, explore Fatima with a local guide. Visits include the Basilica, the site of Francisco’s and Jacinta’s graves; the hamlet of Aljustrel, where the children lived; and Valinhos, site of Our Lady’s appearance after the children’s return from prison, concluding with a walk on the Via Sacra to the Chapel of Calvary, with the panorama of Fatima spread below. The remainder of the day is yours to revisit the sanctuaries and reflection - (B,D)

Day 4: SALAMANCA - GARABANDAL — Cross into Spain en route to Salamanca, A city completely surrounded by defensive walls from medieval times. Visit the grand Plaza Major, lined by the magnificent Bishop’s Palace, the Cathedral and the House of Shells, commemorating pilgrimages to Santiago de Compostela, that originated from here. Later travel north to the Garabandal area for dinner and overnight. - (B,D)

Day 5: GARABANDAL - LOURDES — Start the day with Mass at the village church of Garabandal. Afterwards, ascend Apparitions Hill and attend a presentation to learn more about the events that occurred here. Later continue toward the French border and arrive in Lourdes at dinner time. Afterwards, join other pilgrims in tonight’s torchlight procession. - (B,D)

Day 6: LOURDES — After Mass at the Grotto, a local guide will take the group on a walking tour of Lourdes - the home, where St. Bernadette grew up; the Basilica of the Rosary, the Upper Basilica dedicated to the Immaculate Conception and the Basilica of St. Pius X, the world’s largest underground church. In the afternoon you have the opportunity to visit the Baths, the site of many miracles and to attend the Blessing of the Sick. - (B,D)

Day 7: LOURDES – PARIS — After breakfast board the world’s fastest train (TGV). Travel past the Bordeaux wine region and the chateau country to the French capital. Upon arrival enjoy a drive through Paris, highlighting Champs Elysee, the Arch of Triumph and the Eiffel Tower. Afterwards visit Notre Dame Cathedral. - (B,D)

Day 8: MIRACULOUS MEDAL / NEVERS — Celebrate Mass at the Chapel of the Miraculous Medal. Here the Blessed Virgin spoke to St. Catherine Laboure and pilgrims today venerate an effigy of the saint. Depart to beautiful Nevers, situated on the banks of the Loire River. Visit the Convent of St. Gildard, where St. Bernadette’s incorrupt body reposes. The saint moved here in 1866 to become a nun, after she was blessed with 18 apparitions. Later return to Paris. - (B,D)

Day 9: PARIS - U.S.A. — Arrive home the same day. - (B) … or continue on the optional extension to Rome
